Moshari Kokinisto - Beef stew, yet so much more 🤩. My mother came over and helped me prepare dinner. We never cook dinner using specific quantities, it’s all by eye or “mai to mati”👁. So I’ll have to make this one again to properly document the recipe. Though here are some tips when making this dish. - Choose a casserole style beef cut such as blade or chuck. Don’t cut the pieces too small, keep them as large chunks. - You don’t need a pressure cooker to achieve pull apart meat. Just cook low and slow on the stovetop, keeping a watchful eye incase you need to add more water if the beef is not yet soft. This took two hours over low to medium heat. - The meat is ready once you can cut it with a wooden spoon! Hope these tips help! More Qs?
