5 minute no-cook DAIRY-FREE CREAMY CARBONARA! Deets: seared wild salmon seasoned with lemon (you can find my method for salmon in my highlights), @eatbanza pasta with sautéed tomatoes and this sauce. SAUCE: 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, 1.5 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and a few dashes of paprika. Blend until smooth. 2 SAUCE: 1/4 cup cashew butter, 1/3 cup water, 2-3 tablespoons olive oil, 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tablespoons roasted/steamed white sweet potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and a few dashes of paprika. Add more water if needed or add more sweet potato if you want it thicker. @starinfinitefood 🖤
