Today I eat all the crunchy chewy food I can because tomorrow I am back at the periodontist for yet another surgery. Thank god for sedation😫 These bright beautiful spring like toasties are slathered with my dill pesto, watermelon radish, avocado and topped with everything but the bagel spice. Sooooooo good people!!! My dill pesto is the bomb and has been getting a lot of love from you guys. Happy Thursday friends🌿💚 DILL PESTO 🌿1 cup dill- remove hard stem 🌿1 cup raw walnuts 🌿4 cups baby spinach 🌿1/4 cup lemon juice 🌿2 heaping tbsp nutritional yeast 🌿1/2 tsp salt 🌿2 small cloves garlic 🌿Cracked pepper 🌿Pinch chilli flakes 🌿1/2 cup olive oil >Place everything but oil in food processor. Pulse to get started and then drizzle olive oil in scraping down sides as needed. Taste for seasoning. Store in a jar.
