Kiwi Chia Pudding Parfait for breakfast. I was thinking about how fortunate and grateful I feel to have all the superfoods available to me. I mean it seems rather obvious that what we choose to put in our bodies should check all the boxes. Taste good, look good and make us feel good. Right? That will look different for everyone. This delicious chia pudding checks all my boxes. I used @botanicahealth Perfect Greens (ad) which is packed full of 100% organically grown greens and a blend of chlorella, spirulina, barley and wheatgrasses. Greens for breakfast never tasted or dare I say looked so good. Kiwis are packed full of enzymes s and the addition of blue and blackberries are rich in antioxidants. KIWI CHIA PUDDING 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup cashew milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp @botanicahealth Perfect Greens 2 green kiwi sliced in 10 rounds (The remainder cut into chunks) 1/2 cup homemade granola 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt Berries of choice In a jar place chia pudding ingredients (up to the kiwi), cover with lid and shake vigorously. Place in fridge overnight.
