Last nights dinner was all sorts of delicious. I mean who doesn’t love a homemade red lentil curry with aromatic jeera rice? I realize curries are not for everyone but for me I can’t think of anything that gives me more comfort than a steaming bowl of homemade curry. I’m just gonna drop the recipe below in case you too love a good curry.
