Pizza? On a Sunday morning?? Has she lost her head?? The algorithm hasn’t been in my favour the last few days so I thought why not throw pizza where brunch usually goes. I know....Pizza for brunch!!! HeyOooooo!! Seriously last nights SWEET POTATO PIZZA was holy crap delicious. CRUST 3 smallish sweet potato (cubed and steamed for 30 minutes) 1 psyllium husk egg (1T psyllium husk +2 1/2T water) 1 1/4 c oat flour 1/4 cup almond flour 1tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp ACV 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp sea salt Once potatoes are steamed, mash well with fork and add remaining ingredients. Working into a dough. Dough will be sticky! Preheat oven to 400 convection. Place parchment on a large square baking sheet and spread dough using a damp spatula. Bake for 30 minutes and then place your toppings. Our toppings🔽 Roasted cherry tomato Asparagus Garlicky sautéed shrooms 1/2 cup walnut tofu “meat” Sliced zucchini Vegan Mozzarella Chilli oil ➡️Bake for 15 minutes, and then broil for 2.
