Chia pudding will forever have a special place in my heart. It was one of my first vegan recipes I learned how to make. If you are currently being crushed by heat this is also a welcome no cook breakfast or snack that only needs to be refrigerated. Yes please!!! I love playing with colour so if you have any fun superfoods, throw them in! CHIA PUDDING TWO WAYS 1 cup cashew milk 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp beet crystals If you like a little sweeter add a tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener. (I don’t but you do you) Second one↙️ Do the same but add blue spirulina powder. Add everything to a jar. Tighten with a lid and shake vigorously to combine.
